After a long journey, I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean, complete with thoughtful amenities like a RO water dispenser and a well-furnished dining area. The view from the window was refreshing. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the attention to detail and service exceeded my expectations. Overall I'd suggest this hotel.

In our room, everything was a bit wonky. I rang every time for a hot shower. Mosquitoes and Phew! the basin smelled sour. the damp Ooty air clung to our sheets. Waited aeons for tea, handed cash upfront - trust issues, much? Oh, the joys of rustic living! Staff coped well. Great view from the cramped room with torn bedding. No room to swing a cat. Laugh or cry? I'll let you decide!

I was there for 2 nights and ate at the in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location was quiet and convenient for me, nearer to the Ooty railway station. The room had a safe, cable TV with on-demand movies, and coffee/tea making equipment. There was a wax planet not very far from the hotel.
